The Skinny on Pigs:

Pigs are curious, rambunctious and fun animals. Given half a chance, they will investigate anything in reach with their powerful snouts, and it’s a goal of ours to give them as much opportunity as possible to do just that. Not only does this make for some pretty happy pigs, the variety in the diet of all the plants, grubs and roots they eat makes for especially tasty pork.

How to Root Up Some Chops:

We sell most of our animals by the half or whole.  If you buy a half or whole pig, you can choose to have it butchered however you like.
