We have raised a small flock of Icelandic sheep solely on pasture and hay for about 5 years. Check out isbona.com to learn all the fascinating facts about these lovely sheep. We raise sheep primarily for meat. They have a delicious, mild flavored, and tender meat. We sometimes sell cuts at the Goshen Farmer’s Market, and also sell lamb by the 1/2 or whole when available, typically in late fall. We will post on the homepage when available.
